The aim of this course is to update delegates on recent accounting changes and to address topical issues.

Content will include:

• UK GAAP recent changes including rent concessions being extended to June 2022
• Regulatory changes affecting December 2021 year-ends onwards
• Other considerations for December 2021 year-ends onwards
• Key accounting issues including revenue recognition, provisions and impairment reviews; going concern and breaches of bank covenants
• FRC reviews – include the Annual Review of Corporate Reporting and the periodic review of UK GAAP
• The impact of climate change on corporate reporting
• Dealing with Companies House – forthcoming changes
• Other topical issues – including LLPs, dividends and insolvency
